Waves Coffee House is a well-loved local chain with 31 locations across BC and Alberta.

In April 2018, we began managing Waves’ social media accounts including InstagramFacebook and Twitter, providing them with consistently beautiful social media photography, Instagram stories, contests and event promotions.

Today, our team also manages a significant portion of Waves’ overall marketing needs, by helping to plan their seasonal campaigns, photographing menu items, and shooting specialized video content.

We also run a series of high-performance advertising campaigns via social on Waves’ behalf.

Case Study GOevisit

CASE STUDY: GOEVISIT INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN

GOeVisit’s health app makes getting treatment for women’s health conditions a cinch.

For International Women’s Day 2019, we ran an influencer campaign for our longtime client GOeVisit. Their app makes it easy to get a diagnosis and prescription for health conditions that affect women, including UTIs, STIs and birth control needs, as well as offering medical services for men.

Our team sought out an initial list of about 30 influencer candidates located in Western Canada, then vetted the list down to 6 final candidates across Western Canada. We worked primarily with Instagram-based influencers, but also bloggers for this campaign. Our team edited draft content from each of the influencers, secured influencer contracts, managed the campaign budget and co-ordinated the execution of the campaign.

All of the influencers posted their content on March 8, 2019. A series of Instagram Stories, Feed posts and blogs all went live on that day, all with custom links for better campaign trackability. The goal was to have more women register for GOeVisit’s app. We also responded to several hundred comments on the influencers’ social media channels on behalf of GOeVisit.

GOeVisit, the influencers, and our team were all very happy with the results.

CASE STUDY: THE FACIAL ROOM

The Facial Room is Canada’s largest online retailer of Eminence Organic Skin Care.

Kind, beautiful and powerful are three words that describe Patricia Asmar to a T. We began working with Patricia’s business, The Facial Room, in the summer of 2019. The Facial Room is Canada’s largest online retailer of Eminence Organic Skin Care, based in Surrey, and Patricia is also a top facialist in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Our creative team produces beautifully styled photography for The Facial Room’s social media accounts, as well as photos for use in the brand’s email newsletters and website promotional images. Our photography has been featured on Eminence Organics’ official Instagram feed multiple times.

We also initiated paid advertising campaigns to boost The Facial Room’s already successful online sales. We run several types of campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with our Conversions campaign resulting in an impressively low cost per conversion.

Disco Cheetah brings Seoul food to the streets of Vancouver with its cool yellow food truck.

After almost 18 months working together, we’ve formed a deep love for the creative Korean dishes that Disco Cheetah brings to Vancouver. Colourful food and bright flavours made our brands and instant love affair.

Our team sets up monthly photoshoots at Disco Cheetah’s food truck to capture the visual beauty of Disco Cheetah’s casual creations. Our photography has been featured in Daily Hive and on @dishedvancouver.
