Waves Coffee House is a well-loved local chain with 31 locations across BC and Alberta.

Already a well-established brand with a loyal following, what Waves Coffee House needed was flexibility and an all-in one solution.

Our first oder of business was aligning the Instagram feed with the cozy, warm feeling Waves customers were used to getting from their favourite cafe. We used a light overall feel, with warm touches to highlight that sentiment, while showcasing Waves’ top quality food and beverage products. Adding in faces of customers and baristas helped solidify the look.

Over the years, we ran highly successful contests, grew Instagram followers by over 80%, strategized and executed Google Map paid campaigns, worked with influencers, promoted their new app, and helped craft their seasonal campaigns, photographing menu items, shooting specialized video content, and assisting on holiday cup designs.
